This policy explains how Astra Technologies ("we"), based in Albania, handles information when you play Snake Evolution. Contact: support@astratechnologies.tech · https://astratechnologies.tech
We do not use separate analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not sell your personal data.
Our primary database and account system (Supabase) is hosted in Ireland (EU). Some providers, including Google AdMob and Supabase's own support and infrastructure services, may process information in other countries, including outside the EEA. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data while your account exists. Live match streams are not stored. When you delete your account, your login, profile, progress, inventory, Snake Coins, friends, challenges you hosted and game history are permanently deleted from our live systems immediately. Some records remain after deletion: (1) results of challenges you joined as a guest, with your player ID removed (including as winner), so your opponent's history stays correct; (2) safety reports filed by or about you, with the account links removed but any text written in the report kept; (3) a one-way coded record (not your email or username) that a deletion took place, to show we honoured the request. Safety reports are automatically deleted 12 months after they were filed by a monthly clean-up, except reports placed on hold for an ongoing safety investigation or a legal obligation, which are kept only until that matter is resolved. Our hosting provider may also keep short-lived security and system logs under its own policies. Deleted data may also remain for a limited time in our hosting provider's encrypted backups until those backups are routinely overwritten; it is not used or restored for any other purpose. Where a law requires us to keep specific information for longer (for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims), we keep only that information, only for as long as the law requires.
Data is protected with encrypted connections, access rules that restrict each player to their own private data, and server-side checks for rewards and currency.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Albania, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner).
Snake Evolution is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players must confirm their age range at sign-up; anyone selecting "Under 13" cannot create an account, and if we learn an account belongs to a child under 13 we delete it. For players aged 13–17: personalised advertising is disabled, only friends can send challenges, players can hide themselves from username search, block and report other players, and no precise location or contact details are shown to others. In some EU countries the age of digital consent is higher than 13 (up to 16); where required, teenagers should use the game with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not verify parental consent. Our processing of teenagers' data does not rely on consent: it is based on providing the game and on our legitimate interests, and personalised advertising (which would require consent) is never enabled for players aged 13–17.
Personalised ads are off by default. You can review your choices anytime in Settings → Privacy & Ads.
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes, and notify you in the game for material changes.
